工作职责：

? Engage in procurement activities such as sourcing, purchasing, cost & contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
? Manage the contracts with third party suppliers by achieving the best commercial terms and conditions, migitgage potential supply risks for the company.
? Establish and review the SLA of vendors with internal and external stakeholders from time to time.
? Ensure the procurement process is in compliance with the internal policies, procedures and SFC’s requirements.
? Undertake any other duties and assignments assigned by senior manager.

任职资格：

? Bachelor Degree or above, CIPS or ISM qualification is strongly preferred.
? At least 10 years of procurement experience with minimum 3 years in supervisory role, preferable in Financial Institutions.
? Preferable experience across property procurement and facility management, exposure in other categories such as professional services are also welcome.
? Experience in managing global/overseas procurement activities and vendors is preferred
? Familiar with regulator’s requirements (such as SFC) is an advantage
? Solid experience on formal procurement and tendering process.
? Strong sense of integrity, team player, self-motivated with business acumen, able to work under pressure.
? Proficient in written Chinese and English, able to communicate in Mandarin.
