工作职责：

? Lead to deliver efficiency client onboarding support to the Wealth Management team by planning and executing an effective client onboarding facilitation flow
? Identify and review high risk accounts and ensure these accounts were thoroughly reviewed and cleared by Compliance department and Risk Management department
? Supervise and manage quality and efficiency of account opening by constructing account opening efficiency reports and by regular meetings with sales team and back office support teams (Compliance, Operation and Risk Management)
? Regularly review exiting policies and procedures on account opening and look for continuous improvement
? Manage and execute periodic review on client accounts
? Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team to support daily duties

任职资格：

? Bachelor Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operation Management or related discipline
? At least 3 years' experience in KYC/ AML/ Client onboarding in wealth management field
? Possess good awareness of client onboarding risk and sensitive to client irregularities
? Good knowledge on PDPO, AML Ordinance and relevant regulatory guidelines would be a definite advantage
? Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently and manage team success
? Good team player, positive attitude, and willing to work under high pressure and tight timelines
? Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
