工作职责：

This position requires candidates to effectively handle technology issues across a broad spectrum of hardware and software platforms. Candidates will need to possess related experience in the information technology field, and will be expected to handle project work in addition to day-to-day operations.

任职资格：

Knowledge
? Voice system monitoring and handling
? Familiar with Avaya IP Office is a MUST
? Must have a working knowledge of: Phone system / Enterprise Voice, VOIP, SIP, SBC.
? Hands-on experience in data communications equipment configuration and associated networking technologies e.g. Cisco routers, Voice over IP gateway and switches etc.
? Understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, NAT, Access-Lists, route redistribution, 802.1x, Spanning-Tree, H.323, SIP, VOIP, QoS, DNS, DHCP, IP address management.
? Very strong analytical & problem-solving skills, including detailed network and packet capture analysis

Skills and Abilities
? Effective time management and strong organizational skills
? Proven ability to manage the balance of project work with operational support
? Good interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client focus
? Good written and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English
? Good team player

Qualifications
? 3 years’ experience as Voice Engineer
? Bachelor degree or above in computer engineering or related majors
? Cisco accreditation CCNP or higher is desired.
? Working experience in securities related companies a plus
