工作职责：

1. Collect and analyze data and information, conduct research and write research summary/report.
2. Master skills in financial analysis, valuation, memo drafting, etc.
3. Handle some client meetings on matters related to deal executions.
4. Support coordination efforts in executing transactions.

任职资格：

Requirements:

1. Two years and above investment banking experience.
2. Renowned universities on Bachelor/Master degree.
3. Thorough understanding of Investment Banking business.
4. Extensive knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets and the firm’s products and services.
5. Relevant qualifications, such as SAC’s certificate (证券从业人员资格证书), Sponsorship Qualification (注册成功的保荐人资格) , CFA or others.
