工作职责：

Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

? Handling asset management matters, including but not limited to fund formation as well as post-formation maintenance (including SFC authorized funds, ETFs, UCITs, hedge funds, FoF funds, QDII funds, RQFII funds etc)
? Handling discretionary management account related matters and negotiation of IMAs
? Providing legal advice and daily support to the asset management business units within CICC
? Providing support to Senior Legal Counsel and handling other assignments designated by Senior Legal Counsel from time to time

Skills and Abilities

? At least five years of post-qualification experience preferred, which is gained from international law firms, asset management firms or investment banks
? Solid legal knowledge and experience in handling asset management transactions
? Good drafting and communication skills
? High responsibility, diligence, integrity and professional ethics
? Fluent with written and oral use of English & Chinese
? Good team player

Qualifications
? Law degree from reputable law school
? Qualified in UK, HK, US or other common law jurisdictions
