工作职责：

Job Description
? All-rounder financial reporting accountant;
? Financial accounts and tax returns preparation;
? Support business on a daily basis, ensure completeness of all transactions, capital calls, prepare journal entries, generate management and financial reports to management;
? Perform month end and regular financial data analysis and reconciliations;
? Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants;
? Prepare monthly and ad hoc management reporting to head office;
? Devise policies and procedures for business processes from financial control perspective;

任职资格：

Skills and Abilities
? 1-2 years’ experience in Big 4 audit firms/financial reporting function
? In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong/International Accounting Standards;
? Knowledge in private equity business and financial products is a plus;
? Good numerical and analytical skills;
? Good interpersonal skills, and able to work independently;
? Good command of Putonghua and English;
? Good computer skills (excel, word, etc)


Qualifications
? University graduate (major in Accounting);
? Qualified accountant/CPA exam student under HKICPA/other recognized accounting bodies
