工作职责：

Job Description:
This position is responsible, under direction, for development of the FICC business in US and then further helps develop relationship with institutional accounts in global fixed income markets. The position will be involved into developing knowledge of client needs and requirements as well as coordinating the FICC department’s effort to feasible business expansion in the future. The job duties associated with this role may be expected to include:
- Understand executional routes of FICC products and services including related regulatory and compliance requirements;
- Help with issuing of business plans and other internal control documents;
- Help with establishing communications with alliances
- Conduct non-transactional operations and setup marketing events;
- Conduct feasibility research for FICC’s future business expansion in North America

任职资格：

Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of fixed income business and global futures market;
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and relevant fixed income products and services, especially Chinese bond market knowledge is a plus;
- Understanding the fixed income client’s investment behavior and orientation;

Skills and Abilities

- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy;

- Fluent in English and Chinese;

Qualifications
- Above 3 years solid experience in Fixed Income business or other related fields such as investment banking and asset management;
- Master degree in relevant majors from top-tier universities;
