工作职责：

Responsibilities:

Assist the team to serve listed companies and corporate customers, complete the project implementation work in a timely manner;
Familiar with the operation of wealth management, work closely with Senior team members to support the development of ESOP projects
Effectively implement the project landing process, coordinate with middle and back office departments (operation, compliance, legal, etc.) to complete the follow-up work on timely
Assist in improvement of ESOP system, development and optimization, etc
Assist the team with Ad-hoc projects

任职资格：

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, Major in Finance or IT is preferred.
4-6 years working experience in investment banking, securities firm or Fintech field. Familiar with Wealth Management industry
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Detail minded, strong learning ability, creative, team player;
Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication
