工作职责：

This position is responsible for development of the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts. Develops knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates the firm’s effort to serve client organizations. The job duties associated with this role may be expected to include:

? Maintain and build the business relationship with assigned US-based institutional accounts.
? Work closely with client’s investment and research personnel.
? Present research services and advise clients on investment opportunities.
? Provide full account coverage service for client accounts

任职资格：

Qualifications
? Experience in equity sales is preferred, but solid equity research experience would also be considered;
? Master degree in relevant majors; an MBA from renowned universities is a plus
Knowledge
? Thorough understanding of sales and trading business
? Profound knowledge of US and Asian capital markets and the firm’s products and services.
? Understanding clients’ investment behavior and orientation

? Proficient in English, Mandarin communication ability would be a plus
