工作职责：

1.Develop and expand Investment Banking business in Fujian
2.Coordinate internal and external resources to acquire and serve clients
3.Collect and analyze data and information, conduct industry research.
4. Master skills in financial analysis, valuation, memo drafting, etc.
5. Handle some client meetings on matters related to a transaction.
6. Support coordination efforts in executing transactions.

任职资格：

Requirements:
1. Two years and above work experience in renowned Investment Bank/Private Equity/Accounting Firm.
2. Familiarity with IPO, Follow-on Offering projects of the domestic and international capital markets.
3. In-depth understanding of business development and customer service in Fujian market.
4. Renowned universities on Bachelor/Master degree.
5. Extensive knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets and the firm’s products and services.
6. Candidates with following qualifications are preferred: Sponsorship Qualification, CPA or others.
