工作职责：

Job Descriptions:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing legal advice to the investment bank’s middle and back offices, including but not limited to IT, HR, Treasury, Finance, Research Departments;
- Reviewing commercial agreements;
- Supporting the investment bank’s international operations and development, conducting research on the legal and regulatory environment in the local markets, and liaising and supervising external legal advisers;
- Supporting the Head of Legal in respect of legal risk management
- Handling ad hoc projects assigned by the Head of Legal from time to time.

Skills and Abilities:
- Solid legal knowledge and strong legal skills
- Good at legal research
- Analytical and commercial
- Experience in investment banks is preferable
- Attentive to details
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Good working attitude and team player
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin

Qualifications:
- A law degree from a reputable law school
- Qualification in a common law jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 PQE with commercial law coupled with litigation or regulatory experience
