工作职责：

Responsibilities
1. Lead the execution of REIT\Business Trust\Pre-IPO execution in key Asia pacific markets.
2. Support senior banker on new business origination and demonstrate financial acumen to deliver strong business proposal with clients.
3. Be a key contributor in the onshore\offshore team collaborations in particular with respect to the REIT asset portfolio strategy and platform orientation.
4. Lead the team in due diligence, structuring and execution work across various real estate asset classes, capital structures and operating platform
5. Negotiate deal terms, execute transactions and work with external advisors.
6. Liaise and collaborate across internal platforms such as Mutual Fund, FICC, Research, Private Equity, sector\regional teams within the CICC eco-system.
7. Lead discussion with top-tier global and Chinese investors on investment thesis and platform strategy o Demonstrate leadership and oversee associates and analysts in development of client materials, set the pace and rhythm, driving a culture of high performance and achievement.

任职资格：

Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in top-tier Investment Banking\REIT Management\Real Estate Private Equity industry.
2. Degree in Finance, Real Estate or closely related areas of Business Administration.
3. Prior working experience in S-REIT\H-REIT\C-REIT IPO is preferred.
4. High level verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
5. Demonstrate solid strategic thinking capabilities and high proficiency in quantitative analyses\financial modelling\structuring\accounting.
6. Proven ability to formulate execution plans based on business strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-market transactions.
7. Highly motivated team player, committed and responsible with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels within the organization.
9. High standards of professional and ethical conduct.
