工作职责：

Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of APAC WM Operations, this role is responsible for assisting the planning and execution of Fintech and Business expansion projects for CICC Wealth Management business in the APAC region. Key duties include but not limited to:
? Execute the division set-up plan in the APAC region based on the head office’s strategic direction.
? Research and keep abreast of the Wealth Management business and product development, in both CICC and in the global market, particular in the APAC region.
? Maintain cooperative relationships across business units and support departments for continuous advancement of operating efficiency and consistency for the APAC Wealth Management business.
? Collaborate closely with various external business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, consultants and project teams.
? Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items for various projects.
? Assist to organize workshops, initialize projects, assist to define business cases, user requirements, justifications and budget requirements for the Wealth Management Fintech and Business expansion projects.
? Assist on ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the APAC Wealth Management business.

任职资格：

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or above from renowned universities in Finance, Business Administration or Information Technology. Qualifications in Project Management is advantageous.
? At least 3 years of relevant experiences, preferably with exposure to Wealth Management, Securities Trading or Fintech companies.
? Ability to bring divergent ideas to create new and innovative solutions.
? Experienced on project management and delivery.
? Good team player, positive attitude, and willing to work under high pressure and tight timelines.
? Good command of both verbal and written in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
? Business travel to mainland and APAC region may be required.
