工作职责：

· Position 1
1. Two years and above investment banking experience; IPO execution experience in A-share or Hong Kong market would be preferred
2. Bachelor/Master degree
3. Thorough understanding of Investment Banking business
4. Extensive knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets and the firm's products and services
5. Relevant qualifications, such as SAC's certificate (证券从业人员资格证书) or others; SAC’s or SFC’s sponsorship qualification would be preferred

· Position 2
1. Eight years and above investment banking experience; IPO execution experience in A-share or Hong Kong market would be preferred
2. Deep understanding and hands-on exposure to super enterprise’ deals and M&A deals, ability to do cross-border business
2. Bachelor/Master degree
3. Thorough understanding of Investment Banking business and abundant regional client resource
4. Extensive knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets
5. Relevant qualifications, such as SAC's certificate (证券从业人员资格证书) or others; SAC’s or SFC’s sponsor qualification would be preferred
