工作职责：

- Provide pricing recommendation and marketing strategy for both high grade and high yield primary bond transactions across public issuance and private placements format.
- Help manage the deal process, including deal pitching and structuring, roadshow and syndication / book building of mandated transactions etc.
- To work effectively and collaborate with various internal teams including Project team, Fixed Income Sales / Trading teams and Legal.
- Responsible for compliance of business activities to both internal and external regulatory requirements.

- Should be a team player and have the ability to multi task
- Prefer to have at least 3 years of DCM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
