? 线上审核研究报告，从研究方法、分析逻辑、财务分析和语言描述等方面对报告提出专业意见，确保研究报告符合行业监管、公司政策以及部门管理的全部要求
? 日常审核财务模型和其他研究产品
? 关注研究产品生产进度，通过内部沟通与协调解决可能出现的问题
? 按需为其他质控相关工作提供支持

Job Description
? Online review and approve research reports, understand and ensure compliance with internal quality control rules, regulatory requirements and firm policies.
? Conduct daily sanity check of financial models and other research products.
? Facilitate research report production, internal communication and solve problems if any.
? Assist other quality control related tasks if needed.

任职资格
? 本科以上学历
? 证券分析师从业资格
? 2-5年卖方分析师/质量控制工作经验
? 持CPA/CFA证书者优先

Knowledge
? Mandarin/English bilingual.
? Knowledge of accounting principle, financial analysis, and financial modelling.
? Good understanding of capital markets, regulatory requirements and procedures in respect of global research publication.
? Ability to work under intense deadline pressure while maintaining close attention to details.
? Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively, both written and verbal.
? Hard working and excellent work attitude to provide strong support to research analysts.


Qualifications
? Bachelor degree or above from reputable universities.
? PRC Securities Analyst qualification required.
? 2-5 years of sell-side research analyst exposure ideally.
? Solid financial skills, CPA/CFA a plus.
