工作职责：

1.Identify and originate investment banking business opportunities (mainly related IPO , refinancing and M&A projects) in Jiangxi Province
2. Lead the execution of various projects, and maintain day-to-day client coverage

任职资格：

Requirements:
1. 6 years or above investment banking experience.
2. Extensive knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets .
3. Candidates with A-share Sponsorship Qualification (注册成功的保荐人资格) preferred.

Skills and Abilities:
1. Customer-oriented mentality.
2. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
3. Strong self-starter, self-confident & energetic.
4. Good command in English.
