工作职责：

Job Description
?Conduct due diligence and risk analysis on investment banking bussiness (bond issuers/ABS issuers) on project onboarding stage, provide comments on credit related issues and identify potential risks
?Participate in the quality control of feedback documents from Regulatory agency
?Perform ongoing credit analysis of issuers and conduct on-site risk assessment with prompt reporting
?Prepare credit review and monitoring reports on existing issuers/ bond portfolios
?Provide support on streamlining credit risk management procedures and processes
?Provide credit support on capital market deals
?Perform ad-hoc tasks or special project related work

任职资格：

Knowledge
?Good understanding of primary market and related risk control
?Working experience in bond issuance, investment banking bussiness quality control, credit analysis, credit risk management and etc.
?Broad knowledge of various financial products,

Skills and Abilities
?Financial statement analysis and research skills preferred
?Strong analytical and wiritng skills
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
?Self-motivated & energetic
?Good problem-solving skills and ability to excel under pressure
?Be able to travel within China

Qualifications
?Minimum 3~5 years of related working experiences in financial institutions
?Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, finance, economics, or other related majors from the first-tier universities, CPA or CFA is a plus
