工作职责：

The candidate will work alongside the existing IB team in Singapore as well as IB colleagues in China (including HK) and US/UK/DE.

The job duties associated with this role include but will not be limited to:

1. Lead the execution of cross border M&A transactions in Southeast Asia & South Asia
2. Support senior bankers on new business origination
3. Prepare and deliver client presentations
4. Direct key aspects of business and financial due diligence and drafting of marketing materials
5. Oversee Associates and Analysts in development of client materials
6. Review and negotiate transaction documentation
7. Develop client relationships in Southeast Asia & South Asia through deal execution and pitching
8. Producing analysis of events and trends in the Southeast Asia & South Asia markets
9. Communicating with Chinese Investors.

Skills and Abilities
1. Strong written and oral communication skills, both in English and Chinese
2. No sector specialism but if there is, TMT and/or Consumer preferred
4. Solid understanding of capital markets and M&A
5. Passion and resilience for business development
6. Highly motivated, committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests
7. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels within the organization
8. High standards of professional and ethical conduct

Qualifications
1. University graduate
2. Minimum of 6 years of investment banking experience, with at least 3 years at a bulge-bracket firm
