工作职责：

Job Description

- Review cases to be filed with regulators and identify issues with regulatory concerns;
- Review and comment on project initiation proposals, due diligence plans, regulatory submissions etc. of the cases;
- Review and comment on whether documentation requirements have been complied with in accordance with our internal policies and procedures and the statutory requirements before submission of the cases;
- Report to Signing Principals/Responsible Officers on the issues identified, and provide recommendations and solutions;
- Review whether deal teams have appropriately carried out due diligence steps according to plan, properly documented the works carried out, and how the issues have been resolved, and provide recommendations and solutions on the way for improvement;
- Conduct research on regulatory environment in connection with domestic and international capital markets, including rules and regulations, regulatory guidance and direction etc..

任职资格：

Requirements

- Good understanding of Investment Banking business and documentation requirements under statutory regulations;
- Good problem solving skills, with proven ability to provide solutions and recommendations and promote teamwork;
- Over two years’ IPO related execution experience gained from investment banks, securities regulatory authorities, law firms (corporate law practices) and/or accounting firms;
- Passionate, hard-working, ability to handle pressure, strong drive for long-term career development;
- Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant discipline from major universities;
- Extensive knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets, products and services.
