工作职责：

1. Participate in the on-site execution, due diligence and proposal design of distressed companies’ restructuring projects.
2. Advise in the execution of out-of-court/in-court restructuring transaction, such as Bankruptcy Restructuring, Bankruptcy Conciliation and Out-of-court Debt Restructuring.
3. Collect and analyze data and information, conduct industry analysis and draft research reports.
4. Analyze financial information, create financial models and valuation; prepare memos and other relevant materials.
5. Communicate and liaise with clients and other project participants, and perform other routine work.
6. Assist in the reporting and filing to the government, and the communication with regulatory authorities.
7. Provide support for other related work.

任职资格：

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above from renowned university, major in finance, accounting, law or science and engineering.
2. 1-2 years prior experience in Asset Preservation, Investment Banking, Law Firm, AMC/AIC or other special opportunity investment related work.
3. Thorough understanding of Investment Banking business.
4. Familiar with out-of-court and in-court restructuring transaction process; extensive experience in non-performing asset investment and disposal projects.
5. Familiar with due diligence, transaction structure design, transfer of shares etc.
6. Relevant qualifications, such as SAC’s certificate (证券从业人员资格证书); CPA, CFA or qualified lawyer will be an advantage.
