工作职责：

?Participate in the works relating to corporate strategy, including but not limited to the in-depth analysis on macro economy, securities/finance industry, Fintech and etc.; covering skills of data collection, data mining, research, analytical material drafting, and participating in discussion etc.;
协助开展公司战略相关各项工作，包括但不限于宏观经济、证券金融行业及前沿金融科技相关研究及分析，主要工作包括资料搜集、数据整理、基础研究与分析、材料撰写、参与专题讨论等；
?Participate in various capital operation projects relating to the company strategy, including but not limited to merger & acquisition, joint venture and other forms of co-operation. Responsible for screening potential domestic and foreign opportunities, assisting the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, and related projects execution, by utilizing comprehensive investment banking skills on drafting of company profile, comparable analysis, valuation and etc.;
参与公司战略相关并购、投资、合资及其他形式合作的资本运作项目，包括但不限于搜寻和筛选境内外合作机会，参与潜在资本运作项目的评估，及相关项目的跟进执行，综合运用公司概况分析、可比案例分析、股指等投资银行技能推进相关项目；
?Participate in the management and operation of related companies following the deal execution, by utilizing enterprise management skills.
参与项目投后管理、运作，学习运用企业管理技能。

任职资格：

?2021 postgraduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities; Finance, Economics, Accounting majors preferred; combination of Mathematics / Computer Science / Statistics background would be a plus;
国内外著名2021年毕业高校研究生、博士生在读；金融、经济学、会计相关专业，有数学、计算机、统计学专业等复合背景者优先；
?Strong interest in understanding and research of investment banking related business, company strategy related analytical/research works and deal execution;
对投资银行业务的理解和研究、公司战略发展规划及项目执行等方面有较强的兴趣；
?Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiar with Wind, Bloomberg, Capital IQ and Dealogic etc;
熟练掌握Excel、Word及PPT等PC技能；熟悉Wind、Bloomberg、Capital IQ、Dealogic等资讯系统的使用；
?Proficient in English reading and writing;
英文读写能力优秀；
?Good communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills;
具备良好的沟通、逻辑思考和解决问题的能力；
?Proactive, responsible, and ability of fast learning and working efficiently under pressure.
工作态度积极、责任心强、具备快速学习能力、抗压能力较好。
