工作职责：

Job Description:

Employees in this job function as professional economic analysts, completing a variety of assignments to evaluate, analyze and predict the economy and the financial market.
Typical work is performed by reviewing and analyzing macro-economic data, collect relevant research and studies, assist Research Analysts in writing reports and conducting commissioned surveys.

任职资格：

Knowledge

? Knowledge of economic theory and econometrics
? Knowledge of economic indicators relative to economic trends and business cycles
? Knowledge of literature review
? Knowledge of data analysis, information & data collection, and graphic and narrative techniques for the presentation of data.
? Fluent in English, strong English reading and writing ability required.

Skills and Abilities

? Ability to use various database and other methods to gather data for analysis
? Ability to conduct statistical analysis, programming/crawler skills are preferred
? Ability to read English financial materials well
? Ability to read papers, research reports, and surveys, and interpret the data to make recommendations to Research Analysts
? Ability to communicate effectively with Research Analysts to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
? Hard-working and positive work attitude to provide strong support to Research Analysts

Qualifications

? Master/Doctoral students supposed to graduate in 2022 from reputable universities, macro-economic research experience preferred
? Strong passion for macro-economic research and financial market
? Positive thinking

? 良好的论文，研究报告和调查的阅读、总结、分析能力
? 良好的团队沟通能力，能够按时完成任务
? 刻苦的工作精神，良好的工作态度

资质要求

? 国内外Top院校硕士/博士学位应届毕业生，具有宏观研究经验者优先；
? 对宏观经济和金融市场研究有强烈的兴趣
