工作职责：

- Conduct onshore and offshore credit derivatives research under guidance
对境内外信用衍生品市场进行基础研究和分析
- Conduct credit derivatives business analysis given the spectrum of product offerings
梳理信用衍生品业务模式，进行相关课题研究
- Assist sales with client requests, market analysis and data visualization
协助客户经理对接潜在需求，跟踪市场数据及行业动态
- Collaborate with other teams internally to drive innovation for more impactful business outcomes
和内部其他团队一起合作，梳理创新业务流程
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects per request
协助完成团队要求的其它业务支持工作
- 协助收集整理产品信息、客户需求等数据
- 支持组内的其他各项工作；

任职资格：

- Graduate in 2022 or later from reputable domestic and overseas universities
2022年及以后毕业的国内外知名院校学生
- Finance, Economics, STEM or related majors preferred
金融、经济、数理等相关专业优先
- Excellent academic achievement, strong financial and quantitative knowledge. Relevant internship experience preferred(but not required)
学习成绩卓越，具有扎实的金融和量化分析能力。拥有相关实习经历优先(非必须)
- Strong passion for derivatives markets
对衍生品业务具有热情
- Good team player with strong communication skills, proactive working attitude and responsibility
具备优秀的合作和沟通能力，拥有工作积极性和责任感
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English
