工作职责：

1.负责协调公司以及相关部门的需求，制定公司数据治理、数据标准、数据质量相关的制度和流程，规范公司数据质量管理相关程序；
In charge of coordinating with the needs of company and relevant departments, making policy and procedure of data governance, data standards and data quality, and standardizing the management of data quality related procedures;
2.根据国家、证券行业和公司实际情况，理解公司各类业务具体内容和实际数据结构，协调业务部门与IT部门推动公司数据标准体系和统一数据字典的建设与落地；
Understand the various businesses and data structures of company, and assist in the construction and implementation of company's data standard system and unified data dictionary with business departments and IT department according to the actual situation of our country, securities industry and company;
3.根据公司的规划，组织相关部门的资源，协调业务部门与IT部门推动公司统一数据标准平台建设与落地；
Coordinate with business departments and IT department to construct and implement company’s unified data standard platform in accordance with company's strategy;
4.负责日常数据标准的管理和维护，监督与检查数据标准实施情况，协调公司相关部门对发现的数据质量问题进行分析和解决；
Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of data standards, monitoring the implementation of data standards, and coordinating with relevant departments to analyze and solve the data quality problems;
5.配合公司数据战略目标，协调公司内外部资源完成数据平台的技术实施落地。
Coordinate the internal and external resources to implement the data platform in accordance with company's data strategic objectives.

任职资格：

1.2021年国内外优秀应届毕业生；
2021 undergraduate, postgraduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities;
2.金融工程，数学与统计，信息技术相关专业优先；
Financial engineering, Mathematics and statistics, Information technology majors preferred;
3.熟悉数据结构和至少1种数据库类型及语言（例如SQL）；
Familiar with data architecture and at least one type of database and its language (such as SQL);
4.具备较强的数据敏感性和逻辑思维能力；
Strong data sensitivity and logical thinking ability;
5.中英文流利；
Native speaker of Mandarin and good command of English is a must;
6.有金融机构实习经验优先；
Previous work experience in financial institutions is preferred;
7.具备CFA/CPA/ACCA资格优先；
Qualification of CFA/CPA/ACCA is a plus;
8.具备良好的沟通和问题解决能力；
Good communication and problem-solving skills;
9.具备良好的职业道德及积极主动的工作态度；
Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude;
10.积极主动，有责任心，具备良好的抗压能力；
Proactive, responsible, and ability to work efficiently under pressure;
11.良好的计算机技能，特别是Excel，Word，PowerPoint及Access。
Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
