工作职责：

1. 扎实中英文文字功底，能够根据业务特点及宣传策略需要，提炼内容，完成广告文案创意；
Excellent Chinese and English writing skills, able to refine content and complete advertising copywrite according to firm’s business strategy and marketing strategy

2. 理解品牌形象及定位，准确解读宣传需求，撰写品牌宣传资料及各类活动的文案内容，包括但不限于广告语、活动主题slogan、宣传册及相关物料等；
Understand the brand image and positioning, accurately interpret the promotion needs, able to write promotional materials and content, including but not limited to slogans, event themes slogan, brochures and related materials

3. 公司宣传视频类的策划、创意及脚本撰写；
Plan, create company's promotional video, including script writing.

4. 思维活跃，知识面宽，关注热点话题，并提出可实现的创新性想法；
Active thinking, broad knowledge base, catch up hot topics, able propose innovative marketing ideas.

5. 具有基本的活动策划、组织和执行的经验，协助活动策划相关工作，有较强的组织能力，并专注于细节。
Basic experience on event planning and execution, assisting event related work, capability of organization and dedication to details.

任职资格：

1. 本科或研究生中文、电视编导、新闻专业；有一定财经知识优先；
Undergraduate or graduate in Chinese literature, TV director, journalism major; certain financial and economic knowledge is preferred
2. 能自主思考，具备敏锐的洞察力，专业的文字撰写能力
Able to think independently, with keen insight, professional writing skills
3. 能够独立创作和完成文案撰写，文字功底好
Able to independently create and complete copywriting, excellent writing skills
4. 良好的逻辑思维能力，学习能力强，善于挖掘热点和敏感话题
Good logical thinking ability, strong learning ability
5. 责任心强，良好的沟通能力，熟练掌握Office办公软件
