工作职责：

1. Support planning and coordination efforts in conference executions
支持策划、统筹、组织和执行公司内外部品牌文化活动、媒体活动

2. Engage in publicity, operation and management of business related and new media regarding contents, daily updates, etc
参与业务宣传策划及执行，包含创意策划、流程策划及环节把控等工作；新媒体渠道的内容策划、日常发布及后台维护，有计划性完成专题策划、编辑制作

3. Editing and finalizing reports regarding Private Equity business for publicity in Mandarin and English
撰写中英文新闻稿件及公司其他对内外宣传文案文稿

4. Maintain Investor Relations and develop Public Relations
拓展并维护媒体关系,维护投资者关系及公众关系

5. Facilitate all business related communication and coordination
负责业务沟通及协调相关事务

6. Other assigned tasks
其它交办事宜

任职资格：

1. 2021 postgraduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities
2021届国内外知名院校硕士研究生

2. Major in Journalism and Communication, Finance or related
新闻传播、金融学等相关专业

3. Relevant experience in media management and executions
具有媒体管理和活动策划与执行经验，了解媒体传播方法及工作流程

4. Collect and analyze data and information, preferably a candidate with Photoshop skill
具有较强的信息搜索、捕捉、整合及分析能力，图片及视频编辑技能优先

5. Effective communication，writing skills and good command in English
优秀的沟通能力、书面表达能力，熟练掌握英文

6. Strong commitment to work，self-confident and is able to work well under deadline pressure
有强烈的工作责任心，自信且能在压力下独立完成交付的各项工作
