工作职责：

Assist Lead Counsel in conducting legal and compliance research, including, not limited to, analysis and update on newly released laws and regulations;
协助律师进行法律和合规研究，包括但不限于分析和更新新发布的法律法规；
Prepare legal and compliance memoranda assigned by Legal Counsel in Chinese and English languages;
用中文和英文编写律师指派的法律和合规备忘录；
Assist Legal Counsel in managing legal and compliance document filing, including, developing the legal database.
协助律师进行法律和合规文件归档，包括开发法律数据库。

Solid legal knowledge;

Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin;
