工作职责：

1. Assist in the works relating to corporate strategy, including but not limited to the in-depth analysis on macro economy, securities industry, Fintech, and etc.; covering skills of data collection, data mining, research, analytical material drafting, and participating in discussion etc.
协助开展公司战略相关的各项工作，包括但不限于宏观经济、证券行业、金融科技等领域研究及分析；主要工作包括资料搜集和数据整理、基础研究与分析、材料撰写、参与专题讨论等;

2. Assist in the research and execution of various capital operation, including but not limited to mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of co-operations; comprehensive investment banking skills on company profile drafting, comparable analysis, valuation and etc. would be required;
协助参与各种资本运作项目的研究及执行，包括但不限于并购、引资、合资合作等资本运作方式，并充分运用综合投行技能就相关公司概况、可比案例、估值等进行相关分析

3. Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities.
协助参与潜在投资机会的评估等.

任职资格：

- 2022 postgraduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities;
2022年国内外知名院校硕士研究生毕业;

- Economics, Finance, Accounting majors preferred; combination of Mathematics or Computer Science background would be a plus;
经济、金融、会计相关专业学历，同时兼有数学、计算机等复合背景者优先;

- Proficiency in English reading and writing;
精通英语，读写能力优秀;

- Good communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills;
具备良好的沟通、逻辑思考和解决问题的能力;

- Proactive, responsible, and ability of fast learning and working efficiently under pressure;
工作态度积极、责任心强、具备快速学习能力、抗压能力较好;

- Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiar with Wind, Bloomberg, Capital IQ and Dealogic etc;
熟练掌握Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件；熟悉Wind、Bloomberg、Capital IQ、Dealogic等数据库;

- Strong interest in investment banking related business lines, including but not limited to wealth management, asset management, Fintech and etc.
对投资银行各相关业务、包括但不限于财富管理、资产管理、金融科技等领域理解和研究有较强兴趣.
