工作职责：

? Assist with SBL trading book, generate revenues and manage risk
? Establish and maintain key relationships to deliver trades to the desk
? Work closely with internal sales to grow PB business
? P&L explanation and attribution analysis
? Work closely with business management and technology team on platform building

? Good understanding of the technical details and risk management of securities finance and delta one products
? Excellent attention to detail
? Good communication skills
? Ability to effectively understand business needs and offer solutions accordingly
? Effective interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
? Excel and VBA
