工作职责：

1.协助策略主理人进行大类资产和金融产品的市场跟踪和研究分析，完成相关报告撰写和数据处理；Assist Strategic Manager in market tracking, research and analysis of large categories of assets and financial products, complete relevant reports and data processing.

2.协助策略主理人开展组合管理相关工作；Assist strategy manager to carry out portfolio management related work.

3.完成团队交派的其他工作和任务。Undertake other assignments as required.

任职资格：

1.国内外重点院校金融、经济、会计、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业2022届硕士毕业生；2022 Master degree or above from reputable domestic or overseas universities, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other related discipline.

2.对宏观策略、二级市场、基金产品研究和投资感兴趣，有相关实习经历者优先；Strong interest in macro economy, secondary market, fund product research and investment, relevant internship experience is preferred.

3.熟练掌握Word/Excel/PowerPoint等办公软件，具备一定技术背景和编程能力，灵活运用Python/VBA/R语言优先考虑；Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, have certain technical background and programming ability, familiarity with Python, VBA, and R Language is preferred.
