工作职责:
Department Overview:
机构管理部为公司独立一级部门,负责配合公司业务战略,从公司层面协调前中后台部门,推动新业务筹备和开展,牵头分支机构管理,协调和支持公司层面资本投资、股权投资的决策和管理,推动办公辅助系统数字化及智能化进程,提升办公系统运行效率。另外,配合业务运行情况,通过梳理业务流程和数据识别业务痛点,并对识别问题进行改善,提升数据质量和业务运行效率。此外,机构管理部作为公司管理层的特别行动队,在公司管理层的指导下协调和推进公司重要项目。
Entity Management Department (EM) is an independent first-level department of CICC. To implement the Company’s business strategy, EM is responsible for coordinating the front, middle and back office, promoting new business, performing life-cycle management of entities; supporting management decision-making process of capital investment and equity investment. EM is also responsible for promoting the digitalization and intelligentized process and improving the operating efficiency of the Office Automation System. At the same time, EM sorts out business process and data based on business status, to identify and solve the key problems, as well as to improve the data quality and business operating efficiency. In addition, EM acts as a special action team of the Firm Management to coordinate and promote pivotal projects under the guidance of the Firm Management.
Responsibilities:
1. 支持公司新产品委员会、分支机构审批委员会、资本投资委员会、股权投资小组日常运营工作;
Support the daily operation of the New Product Committee, the Entity Review Committee, the Capital Investment Committee and Equity Investment Group;
2. 牵头协调推进相关部门对新产品、分支机构、股权投资项目进行全生命周期管理和监控;
Take the lead to coordinate and perform life-cycle management of new products, entities and equity investment projects;
3. 配合公司数字化转型战略,打造中金“三位一体”办公系统建设新格局,推动办公辅助系统数字化及智能化进程,丰富各项智能应用场景,提升办公系统运行效率;
Implement the Company's Digital Transformation Strategy, to create a new pattern of CICC “Trinity” Office Automation System, to promote the digitalization and intelligentized process, to enrich application scenarios and improve the operating efficiency of the Office Automation System;
4. 牵头协调推进公司战略相关工作的具体落地和执行;
Take the lead to coordinate and implement the Company strategy;
5. 牵头协调推进公司层面重要项目落实,包括牌照申请、管理优化、监管汇报等各类工作;
Take the lead to coordinate and implement the Company’s pivotal projects, including licensing application, management optimization, regulatory reporting and etc;
6. 协助准备和编制各类报告,为管理层决策提供依据;
Prepare various reports to facilitate management decision-making process;
7. 与公司各业务部门和业务支持部门日常保持密切沟通及协作;
Maintain close communication with all departments;
8. 部门指定的其他相关工作。

任职资格:
Requirements:
1. 2022年国内或海外知名大学硕士毕业生,经济、金融、会计、管理科学、法律、信息技术、信息管理系统专业优先;
2022 Postgraduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities; Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management Science, Law, Information Technology and Information Management System majors are preferred;
2. 中英文流利;
Native speaker of Mandarin and good command of English is a must.
3. 具有金融机构实习工作经验优先;
Previous internship/work experience in financial institutions is preferred;
4. 具备CFA/CPA/ACCA/FRM/PMP资格优先;
Qualification of CFA/CPA/ACCA/FRM/PMP is preferred;
5. 具备良好的沟通和问题解决能力;
Good communication and problem-solving skills;
6. 具备良好的职业道德及积极主动的工作态度;
Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude;
7. 良好的计算机技能,特别是Excel,Word,PowerPoint及Access;
Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access;
8. 具备良好的抗压能力。
Work efficiently under pressure.
