工作职责：

1.针对高净值个人和机构客户需求，协助团队完成产品开发工作，提供产品解决方案。Assist the team in product development and product solutions for high-net-worth individual and institutional clients.

2.与市场领先的金融机构合作发行金融产品；与公司内部有关部门协调沟通，完成产品销售组织工作。Cooperate with leading financial institutions to issue the financial products, coordinate and communicate with internal departments to complete product sales task.

3.整理和分析销售数据，维护产品日常运营工作。Organize and analyze sale data and maintain the product’s daily operation.

任职资格：

1.硕士研究生学历，国内著名大学金融或其他经济类专业2022年毕业。2022 Master degree or above , major in Economics, Finance, Management or other relevant major.

2.具备一定的金融学基础，涵盖股票、债券、衍生工具、另类投资、投资组合管理等领域；对宏观经济和金融行业有基本的了解。Have a good understanding of finance, covering stocks, bonds, derivatives, alternative investment, portfolio management and other fields; Basic understanding of macro economy and financial industry.

3.具备优秀的中英双语能力。Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

4.具备良好的沟通协调能力、较强的学习能力。Good communication and coordination skills, strong learning ability.

5.对财富管理领域有浓厚兴趣。Strong interest in Wealth Management field.
