工作职责：

工作职责:
1. 负责公司客户、业务、外部市场等各类数据的收集、分析、校对及清洗工作，推动数据的标准化、线上化、智能化；
Responsible for collect, analyze, collate and clean clients, business and market data. Prompt data standardization, online and intelligence;
2. 承接相关数据分析需求，输出专项数据报告，赋能客户服务及管理决策；
Undertake data analysis requirements and deliver specific data reports, enable client service and management decisions;
3. 根据业务需求，搭建业务数据分析体系，包含：业绩指标、行业及市场分析模型、市场动态跟踪、对多源数据进行整合形成客户画像、客户体验等，跟进核心指标变化，并以此为基础进行问题诊断进而输出业务建议，跟进执行落地表现，形成数据策略驱动的客户服务和业务管理闭环；
Build data analysis system on business requirements, including performance indicators, industry, and market analysis models, market industry dynamic tracking, integrating multi-source data to form customer portrait and customer experience, following up changes in core indicators, and make problem diagnosis to output business recommendations based on the indicators, following up implementation performance to form a data policy-driven customer service and business management loop;
4. 能够持续动态的挖掘日常的业务、客户等各类数据，参与公司重要客户的深度经营和业务赋能。
Capable of mining data from daily business customers continuously and dynamically, participating in the in-depth operation and business empowerment of the company's important customers.

任职资格：

1. 2022年毕业的应届生，具备国内外知名高校研究生以上学历，金融、会计、统计、数据科学、数据挖掘等相关专业；
Graduate students in the first/second years from reputable domestic and overseas universities, expected to graduate in 2022, majors in finance, accounting, statistics, data science, data mining and other related majors;
2. 熟练运用相关数据分析工具进行数据分析及处理，熟悉BI报表工具，如Tableau、power bi，具备编程语言开发（至少会使用Python、R、SPSS其一）相关经验者优先；
Proficiency in database and data analysis tools, familiar with BI tools, including Tableau，Power BI. Previous experience with programming languages (at least one of Python, R, and SPSS) is preferred;
3. 具备优秀的文字撰写能力，熟悉办公软件的使用，报告撰写和呈现表达有较高水平，逻辑清晰；
Good command of writing and PC skills, able to provide high standard reports with clear logic;
4. 良好的数据敏感度，能从海量数据提炼核心结果，有丰富的数据分析、清洗、挖掘和建模的经验；
High data sensitivity, able to extract core results from massive data. Broad experience with data analysis, cleansing, mining, and modeling;
5. 具备良好的分析和解决问题的能力，具备良好的项目推动能力和执行力；
Good analysis and problem-solving skills, good project promotion and execution capabilities;
6. 中英文流利，有较强的沟通能力、抗压能力、主动性及团队合作精神；
Good communication skill, teamwork, professional mannerism and proactive working attitude, ability to work efficiently under pressure are required;
7. 具备咨询公司、金融机构、互联网公司相关实习经验者优先
Previous work experiences in consulting, financial institutions, and internet companies are preferred.
