工作职责：

1. 牵头负责公司战略客户管理平台的日常运营工作；
Take lead in routine operation of the company strategic client management platform;
2. 参与公司战客平台需求调研、竞品分析、规划设计、产品讨论，从产品定位、视觉设计和用户体验等方面提出建议与解决方案；
Take part in requirement research, benchmark analysis, strategy planning and product discussion of the platform; propose suggestions and solutions in terms of product positioning, visual design and user experience;
3. 参与公司战客平台业务流程需求收集与分析，设计，与产品敏捷研发团队协同推进完成系统平台研发以及迭代优化工作；
Collect, analyze requirements of the company CRM platform, support system development and optimization with our agile product development team
4. 负责平台运营整体工作规划，制定运营策略，组织落地实施，有序开展活动运营、数据运营等，跟踪运营效果，优化运营策略；
Take responsibility in overall platform operation planning, develop and execute operation tactics, drive event and data processes with efficiency and accuracy, track operation performance for continuous optimization
5. 参与公司战略客户综合服务拓展相关的运营活动，包括但不限于组织各类培训、企业微信公众号运营、自媒体撰文、相关推广活动、内容配置和管理等；
Support operations of integrated service development for strategic clients, including all types of training, company Wechat public account operations, media posts, promotions, content creation and management, etc.
6. 参与战客管理平台用户行为数据分析：以周/月维度追踪平台各项指标和用户体验反馈。根据公司业务方向，针对重点指标的统计与分析，并根据指标推进平台用户推广、功能优化等具体工作；
Support data analysis of the platform’s user behavior: track all platform indicators and user experience feedback by week/month, given company strategy, analyze key indicators to drive detailed work including user campaign, function optimization, etc.
7. 完成部门交待的其他工作。
Respond and assist in ad hoc requests and tasks of the team

任职资格：

1. 2022年毕业的应届生，具备国内外知名高校研究生以上学历，金融、会计、法律、商业管理、工商管理、客户营销相关专业，有信息管理、计算机、统计学、数据分析等复合背景优先；
Exceptional full-time students to graduate in 2022 with a Master’s degree of top tier domestic and overseas universities from disciplines including Finance, Accounting, Law, Management, Business Administration, Marketing and et cetera., multidisciplinary background in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics a plus
2. 在咨询公司、金融机构、互联网金融有实习经验者优先，有客户管理、市场推广、数据营销、数字化运营等相关经验优先；
Internship in consulting, financial institutions, internet finance is preferred, experience in client management, market development, digital marketing, digital operation a plus
3. 具备优秀的文字撰写能力，熟悉办公软件的使用，报告撰写和呈现表达有较高水平，逻辑清晰；
Excellent verbal and written skills, proficient use of work-related tools, strong capability of generating in-depth report with clear logic
4. 具备良好的分析和解决问题的能力，具备良好的组织协调能力和执行力；
Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to facilitate tasks across teams and execute with consistency
5. 有较强的沟通能力、抗压能力、主动性及团队合作精神。
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to respond creatively and quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure, changing environment, strong motivation, adaptability and team spirit
