工作职责：

1. 参与制定战略客户日常运营相关流程制度和管理机制，并对管理机制不断优化完善。与技术团队合作推进战略客户综合运营平台的建设和版本迭代；
Support the formulation of process system and management mechanism of strategic clients, streamline and improve the existing management process on a continuous basis. Collaborate with technology team to drive development and upgrade of the integrated strategic client operation platform;
2. 参与集团战略客户深度经营和服务方案的规划、设计和落地等全流程的日常管理和工作协调，与数据分析团队紧密合作，收集日常所接触的客户服务、客户拜访、客户体验、客户需求、销售反馈、商机跟进等各类信息；
Participate in strategic clients’ in-depth management, as well as routine coordination and work facilitation including service planning, design and execution, work closely with data analytics team, collect all types of information including client service, client visits, clients experience, client requirements, sales feedback, lead pipeline, etc.;
3. 负责战略客户综合运营平台的日常管理和运营、推进综合服务方案的有效执行，日常跟踪并检视客户服务覆盖和销售情况，不断优化落地实施方案，跟进并督办相关事项/任务进展；
Take responsibility in routine management and operation of the integrated strategic client platform, drive the execution of integrated service solutions with consistency and accuracy, track and review the client coverage and sales status on a daily basis, identify opportunities to improve or streamline existing execution processes, follow up and drive relevant matters/tasks’ progress;
4. 挖掘战略客户业务机会，协调公司资源统筹推进对客户的全面服务和深度经营，推进提高对战略客户的全面服务水平；
Discover business opportunities from strategic clients, coordinate company resources to facilitate comprehensive and in-depth client service and management, improve the overall service quality to strategic clients;
5. 完成部门交待的其他工作。
Respond and assist in ad hoc requests and tasks of the team

任职资格：

任职资格：
1. 2022年毕业的应届生，具备国内外知名高校研究生以上学历，经济、金融、管理科学、金融工程、信息技术相关专业优先；
Exceptional full-time students to graduate in 2022 with a Master’s degree of top tier domestic and overseas universities, disciplines in Economics, Finance, Management Science, Financial Engineering and Information Systems a plus
2. 具备较强的数据敏感性和逻辑思维能力；
Highly sensitive to data, strong analytical skills and logical thinking capabilities
3. 中英文流利；
Fluent in Chinese and English
4. 有金融机构实习经验优先；
Previous internship experience with financial institutions preferred
5. 具备CFA/CPA/ACCA资格优先；
CFA/CPA/ACCA a plus
6. 具备良好的沟通和问题解决能力；
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong grasp of structured problem-solving skills and analytical skills;
7. 具备良好的职业道德及积极主动的工作态度；
Strong work ethics and proactive work attitude;
8. 积极主动，有责任心，具备良好的抗压能力；
Ability to respond proactively, creatively and quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure, changing environment
9. 良好的计算机技能，特别是Excel，Word，PowerPoint及Access。
