1. 待投资项目库建设：在筛选项目建议书时发掘良好的投资机会，积极创造投资机会。对投资建议的采纳与否都能提供独立的分析和见解

2. 信息收集和分析：从公开或者私人渠道收集信息以协助开展特定/标的行业、企业分析，并对信息进行深入分析和精炼总结
Information collection and analysis: Collect information from public or private channels to assist in the analysis of specific/target industries and companies, and conduct in-depth analysis and refinement of the information

3. 投资项目审查和报告撰写：参与或牵头具体尽职调查工作，包括采访管理团队和业务相关方，汇总和分析尽职调查的信息，并独立撰写内部投资评审文件。独立搭建财务预测和估值模型等财务分析工具
Investment project review and report writing: Participate in or lead specific due diligence work, including interviews with management teams and business stakeholders, summarize and analyze due diligence information, and independently write internal investment review documents. Independently build financial analysis tools such as financial forecasts and valuation models

4. 与客户开展商务谈判：独立或在上级指导下，与标的公司或投资组合客户就具体商业问题进行业务谈判，并取得可衡量的成果
Conduct business negotiations with customers: Independently or under the guidance of superiors, conduct business negotiations with target companies or portfolio customers on specific business issues and achieve measurable results

5. 投资组合管理：跟踪若干投资组合公司投后管理。运用专业判断处理管理问题，独立做出稳健的决策。善于倾听复杂问题，并向上级汇报决策。与客户和相关方交流时，特别是在处理难题时，能够运用社交技能和商业嗅觉协助化解问题
Portfolio management: Track the post-investment management of a number of portfolio companies. Use professional judgment to deal with management issues and make sound decisions independently. Good at listening to complex issues and reporting decisions to superiors. When communicating with customers and related parties, especially when dealing with problems, can use social skills and business sense to help resolve problems

6. 基金投资组合分析：协助团队和上级定期开展投资组合审查和分析。以清晰简洁的形式呈现评审结果，并突出重点
7. 与其他部门协同：与其他部门进行有效沟通，以满足内部合规要求。充分利用各种资源和信息支持战略投资业务开展
Collaborate with other departments: Communicate effectively with other departments to meet internal compliance requirements. Make full use of various resources and information to support strategic investment business development

任职资格：

任职资格：
1. 国内外著名高校本科以上学历，计算机、自动化等相关专业，或公司金融、会计、法律、商业管理相关专业，有金融与科技复合专业背景优先
Bachelor degree or above from reputable domestic and overseas universities; computer, automation related majors, or corporate finance, accounting, law, business management related majors, combination of finance and technology background would be preferred
2. 具备金融和科技行业的私募股权投资、战略投资、FA经验者优先
Experience in private equity, strategic investment, financial advisor in finance and technology industry is preferred
3. 能够理解和分析财务报表及财务报告
Ability to understand and analyze financial statements and financial reports
4. 能够独立进行财务和定量分析，包括财务预测和估值模型搭建
Ability to conduct financial and quantitative analysis independently, including financial forecasting and valuation model building
5. 普通话流利，同时有良好的英语听说读写能力
Professional maturity, ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive and high-pressure environment;
6. 有专业成熟度，具备在快节奏、强竞争和高压环境中工作的能力
Fluent in Mandarin; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
