1. 协助管理和推动公司数字化转型战略的实施，协助明确当年重点举措和里程碑规划，管理并检视数字化举措推进进度，推动问题解决，推进资源协调和协同机制落实；
Assist in managing and driving the implementation of the company's digital transformation strategy, and defining key initiatives and milestone planning for the year; manage and review the progress of digital transformation initiatives, drive problem solving and promote the resource coordination and synergy mechanism implementation;
2. 协助业务部门数字化敏捷项目的全生命周期管理和跟踪考核，参与相关团队的例会和关键研讨、跟踪小组目标完成情况、协助小组协调资源、上报风险并推动决策和问题解决；
Assist in the full lifecycle management and assessment of digital agile projects in business departments, participate in regular meetings and key seminars of relevant teams, track the completion of team goals, assist in resources coordination, report risks and promote decision-making and problem-solving;
3. 推动公司数据资产相关项目，组织和协调相关部门的资源，推动数据管理、数据架构和流程优化、数据应用等工作的落地，识别与数据管理、数据集成、数据应用相关的问题和风险，协调公司相关部门进行分析和解决
Drive the company's data asset related projects, organize and coordinate relevant resources, promote the implementation of data management, data architecture and process optimization, data application, etc.; identify the problems and risks related to data management, data integration and data application, and coordinate with relevant departments to analyze and solve these problems.

任职资格：

任职资格：
1. 国内外著名高校本科以上学历，计算机、自动化、软件开发、电子工程、信息管理等相关专业，有金融复合专业背景优先；
Bachelor degree or above from reputable domestic and overseas universities; computer, automation, software development, electronic engineering, information management and other related majors preferred; combination of financial professional background would be a plus;
2. 有良好的目标意识、责任意识、组织与协调能力、跨部门沟通能力、资源调动能力、风险识别能力，思维严谨性、逻辑性、系统性较强，善于从复杂的项目信息中抓住重点
Good sense of purpose, responsibility, organization and coordination, cross-departmental communication, resource mobilization and risk identification; rigorous, logical, and systematic thinking, good at grasping key points from complex project information;
3. 有专业成熟度，具备在快节奏、强竞争和高压环境中工作的能力
Professional maturity, ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive and high-pressure environment;
4. 具备分析和表达情况的能力，并能够快速理解吸收复杂的细节
Ability to analyze and express situations, quickly understand and absorb complex details;
5. 学习能力强，善于适应多变的环境，并巧妙地处理微妙的情况
Strong learning ability, good at adapting to changeable environments and handling delicate situations skillfully;
6. 普通话流利，同时有良好的英语听说读写能力
