工作职责：

1.专业地处理客户交易指令。Executing clients’ order professionally.

2.协调前台销售、法务、IT、运营等部门，为客户提供定制化的交易服务和专业的咨询服务。Partnering with various teams including Sales, Legal, IT and Operation to construct and deliver bespoke trading and professional consulting services offering.

3.为交易台和部门管理层提供周度、月度和不定期报告。Producing weekly, monthly and ac-hoc reports for trading desk and department management team.

4.参与交易系统的建设、测试等环节。Participate the trading system’s construction and test.

5.密切关注可以为交易台赋能的科技技术，时刻保持学习的心态。Pay close attention to the technology that can empower the trading desk, keep learning attitude.

任职资格：

1.2022年海内外大学毕业生，硕士以上学历，金融经济类或理工类专业。2022 Master degree or above from domestic or overseas universities, major in Finance, Economics, Technology is preferred.

2.对交易感兴趣，有一定的个人交易经验；对宏观经济、股票市场和债券市场有基本的认知。有交易类岗位实习经验优先。Interesting in trading, has understanding of macroeconomics, equity market and bond market. Internship experience in trading role is preferred.

3.数学成绩好，逻辑思维能力强。Good at Math. Logical and analytical minded.

4.具备优秀的中英双语能力。Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

5.具备良好的自主工作能力和团队合作能力。A resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and good team player.
