工作职责：

This position is responsible to work on EDS/PB structuring, trading, risk management and quantitative research. The job duties associated with this role include, but not limit to:
该职位主要负责衍生品/主经纪商服务业务的产品设计、交易、风险管理及量化研究等工作。与此角色相关的工作职责包括但不限于:
1. Working with Floor Specialist to form trading strategies;
与场内专业人士合作制定交易策略；
2. Develop computation programs to excute high frequency trades and calculate risk exposures;
开发支持高频交易及风险敞口的系统程序；
3. Other data analysis related work.
其他数据分析相关工作。

任职资格：

1. 2022 Bachelor, Master and PhD graduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities;
来自国内外知名高校的2022年应届毕业生，具有本科及以上学历；
2. Expertise in statistics, financial engineering, computer science, physics, or other quantitative knowledge is a plus;
具有统计学、金融工程、计算机科学、物理或其他量化背景优先考虑；
3. Strong skills in programming, e.g., C/C++ or Python, Java, Matlab, VBA and etc;
具备较强的编程能力，如C/ C++, Python, Java, Matlab, VBA等等；
4. Possessing knowledge of broad financial products and analytics experience;
掌握广泛的金融产品知识，具有市场分析经验；
5. Good understanding of derivative pricing and data mining methodologies;
熟悉衍生品定价和数据挖掘方法；
6. Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment.
