工作职责：

1.日常支持交易流程，包括辅助处理交易数据、风险分析、数据报送等；
Support daily trade, including assisting trade data processing, risk analysis and data reporting, etc..
2.协助准备客户交易前的流程：包括衍生品客户资格申请、尽职调查、签署合同流程；
Assist in the preparation of pre-trade processes, including derivatives clients KYC checking, due diligence and contract signing processes.
3.协助交易员录入、调拨资金；
Assist traders in recording and arranging funding transfer.
4.与内部销售人员紧密联系，及时解决客户问题以及需求；
Contact with internal sales closely and answer clients’ question and needs in time.
5.持续关注交易台损益，业务收入分配等；
Monitor PnL of trading desk and manage internal income distribution to sales team.
6.与交易团队、风险管理岗位和技术团队紧密合作，协助将交易人员的需求转化为程序工具，提升工作效率。
Work with trading team, technical team and risk management team closely, assist trading team by making tools to improve work efficiency.

任职资格：

1.国内外院校金融、数理或会计相关专业本科或研究生在读；
Master degree or above, major in Finance, Mathematics or other related major.
2.有良好的沟通能力，有较强的英语听说读写译能力以及语言表达能力、文字处理能力；
Effective communicator with excellent English ability.
3.有团队精神；
Good team player.
4.有扎实的金融基础知识、勤奋好学的态度以及较强的抗压能力；
Solid basic financial knowledge, quick leaner and strong ability to work under pressure.
5.能熟练使用VBA、Python等。
