工作职责：

1.Assist in the works relating to corporate strategy, including but not limited to the in-depth analysis on macro economy, securities industry, Fintech, and etc.; covering skills of data collection, data mining, research, analytical material drafting, and participating in discussion etc..
协助开展公司战略相关的各项工作，包括但不限于宏观经济、证券行业、金融科技等领域研究及分析；主要工作包括资料搜集和数据整理、基础研究与分析、材料撰写、参与专题讨论等;
2.Assist in the research and execution of various capital operation, including but not limited to mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of co-operations; comprehensive investment banking skills on industry and company analysis, comparable analysis, valuation and etc. are required.
协助参与各种资本运作项目的研究及执行，包括但不限于并购、引资、合资合作等资本运作方式，并充分运用综合投行技能就行业与公司分析、可比案例、估值等进行相关分析；
3.Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities.
协助参与潜在投资机会的评估等。

任职资格：

1.2023届国内外优秀在校生；
2023 undergraduate, postgraduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities.
2.经济、金融、管理科学、法律、信息技术专业优先；
Economics/Finance, Management Science, Law, Information technology majors preferred.
3.中英文流利；
Native speaker of Mandarin and good command of English is a must.
4.具有金融机构工作经验优先；
Previous work experience in financial institutions is preferred.
5.具备CFA/CPA/ACCA/FRM/PMP资格优先；
Qualification of CFA/CPA/ACCA/FRM/PMP is a plus.
6.具备良好的沟通和问题解决能力；
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
7.具备良好的职业道德及积极主动的工作态度；
Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude.
8.良好的计算机技能，特别是Excel，Word，PowerPoint及Access；
Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
9.具备良好的抗压能力。
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
