工作职责：

1.Assist in project portfolio management relating to digital transformation, including but not limited to project progress tracking and analysis, project operation problem and risk assessments, and problem solving through coordination of relevant resources etc.
协助支持公司数字化转型的项目管理工作，包括支持对项目运行情况的追踪，协助识别和分析项目运行的问题和风险，协调相关资源推进问题解决等；
2.Assist the investment and innovation incubation team to carry out industry research and project analysis, and participate in evaluating potential opportunities. The main responsibilities include information gathering, target database maintaining, report writing, expert interview, memo writing and financial modeling.
协助投资及创新孵化团队开展数字化发展趋势以及赛道和项目相关分析，参与潜在投资机会评估，主要职责包括信息收集、标的数据库管理、报告撰写、专家访谈、会议纪要以及财务模型搭建等；
3.Assist the team in other related matters.
协助团队的其他相关事宜。

任职资格：

1.2023 postgraduates from domestic and overseas universities.
2023年国内外院校硕士研究生毕业；
2.Computer Science and Automation majors preferred, combination of Economics, Finance, Accounting background would be a plus.
计算机及自动化相关专业学历，同时兼有经济、金融、会计相关专业学历优先；
3.Proficiency in English reading and writing.
精通英语，读写能力优秀;
4.Good communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
具备良好的沟通、逻辑思考和解决问题的能力;
5.Proactive, responsible, and ability of fast learning and working efficiently under pressure.
工作态度积极、责任心强、具备快速学习能力、抗压能力较好;
6.Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiar with Wind, Bloomberg, Capital IQ and Dealogic etc..
熟练掌握Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件；熟悉Wind、Bloomberg、Capital IQ、Dealogic等数据库;
7.Strong interest in investment banking related business lines, including but not limited to wealth management, asset management, Fintech and etc..
对投资银行各相关业务、包括但不限于财富管理、资产管理、金融科技等领域理解和研究有较强兴趣;
8.Internship experience in PE/VC/IBD/consulting or related industry would be preferred.
具有PE/VC/IBD/咨询/研究或相关行业实习经验者优先。
