- Responsibilities:
?Served as the project leader and cooperate with the project manager to arrange the project-related work, organize the implementation of working plan, including preparing project materials and document as well as on-site personnel management matters;
?Coordinate various relationships associated with in enterprises, intermediaries and project teams;
?Assist project leader in continuous client maintenance;
?Take part in due diligence, negotiation, structuring, risk analysis and identification of project, preparation of transaction documents, etc.
?Involved in helpingjunior staffs accumulate business skills.

- Qualifications:
1) Required background:
?Similar positions in large scale enterprises; experience of project manager is preferred;
?At least 4 years of experience in real estate private equity funds, international real estate appraisal and advisory bodies, international accounting firms, well-known law firms, or well-known real estate companies;
?Full participation in at least 3 projects; ability of project development and client communication skills; experience in REITs project and real estate private equity investment project is preferred;
?Master's degree or above, majoring in finance, law, real estate, urban planning, architecture. Mixed background of both science and engineering knowledgeis preferred;
?Great in written, listening & spoken English, good writing and comunication skills. Good mathematical skill is preferred. Rapid adaptability;ability to work intensely and under great pressure.
2) Ideal qualifications:
?Educationalbackground in the fields of real estate, urban planning, architecture or other related,compound knowledge in finance, law, mathematics, physics is preferred; overseas study experience is preferred;
?Experience in real estate, infrastructure industry and business is preferred; overseas working experience is preferred；
?Real estate financial product structuring experience is preferred;
?Great in written, listening & spoken English, good writing and comunication skills. Good mathematical skill is preferred.;
?Qualification of CFA \ ACCA \ Certified Public Accountant \ Assets Appraiser is preferred.
