- Responsibilities:
?Develop resources of real estate asset management cooperation agency in line with the company's business focus;
?Served as the asset leader in charge of asset management and cooperate with project manager to organize the implementation of project operation plan, including the overall control of documents, risk judgment, coordination of agency andon-site personnel management;
?Responsible for the organization of asset management in real estate project, including the operation supervision, suggestion optimizationandrisk dynamic monitoring;
?Ensure timely reporting of major project issues in the process of implemention project. Be initiative to take on the major problems of the projects;
?Cooperate with the construction of asset management business system for the company;
?Responsible for tracking and research on the subdivision market of real estate, such as office building, commercial complex, lease apartment, logistics property and other property;
?Involved in helpingjunior staffs accumulate business skills.
- 任职资格要求

- Qualifications:
1) Required background:
?Similar positions in large scale enterprises withexperience of asset management;
?At least 5 years of real estate asset management experience in private equity funds, international real estate appraisal and advisory bodies, international accounting firms, well-known law firms, or well-known real estate companies;
?Ability of project development and client communication skills;
?Master's degree or above, majoring in finance, law, real estate, urban planning, architecture.Background with great use of science and engineering knowledge is preferred;
?Strong ability of logical analysis and good communication skills;
?Rapid adaptability; ability to work under high strength and pressure.
2) Ideal qualifications:
?Educationalbackground in fields of real estate, urban planning, architecture or other related,compoundknowledge in finance, law, mathematics, physics is preferred; overseas study experience is preferred;
?Experience in business operation of real estate, commercial complex or other related is preferred; overseas work experience is preferred;
?Great in written, listening & spoken English, good letter writing and comunication skills. Good mathematical skill is preferred.;
?Qualification of CFA \ ACCA \ Certified Public Accountant \ Assets Appraiser is preferred.
