【职位描述】

1.参与公司全球业务法律管控体系的建设； 2.参与境外业务法律事务的处理并进行管理； 3.对境外团队进行工作指导，确保境外法律工作符合公司整体要求，支撑业务发展。 1.Getting involved in building up the global legal system; 2.Handling and managing legal affairs of global subsidiaries. 3.Providing detailed management and guidance to local audit team. Making sure the management to subsidiaries is supportive to the development of the company.

【入职要求】

1.硕士及以上学历；本科和硕士均须法学背景相关专业；有诉讼、仲裁工作经验者优先；通过国家法律职业资格考试者优先； 2.最近5年工作经历均须为法律专业领域；有国际投行或者其他跨国金融机构法律岗位工作经验者优先； 3. 精力充沛、积极主动；有良好的团队协作精神。 4.能以英语作为工作语言，能熟练使用其他外语者优先； 1.Master degree or above; both the bachelor and master degrees must be in law; experience in litigation or arbitration is preferred; PRC Bar is preferred; 2.Recent 5 years of professional experience must be in law areas; experience of a legal position in an international investment bank or any other international financial institution is preferred; 3.Energetic and positive;Strong teamwork ethic and collabaration skills; 4.English as working language; proficiency in any other foreign language is preferred.
