【职位描述】

1. 协助进行宏观信息收集、数据整理等工作； Assisting in collecting macroeconomic information, data sorting and other work; 2. 协助完成大类资产研究，制定市场投资策略； Assisting in analyzing financial assets and developing investment strategies; 3. 参与国内外宏观经济、金融市场、政策分析等报告撰写； Participating in the writing of research reports domestic and foreign macroeconomics, financial markets and policy analysis, etc.; 4. 参与客户开发维护，路演、培训、咨询等； Participating in developing and maintaining client relations, roadshow, training, consulting , etc.

【入职要求】

1. 国内2021年应届生及海外2020/2021年毕业生，全日制硕士或博士在校生； 2021 Master and PhD graduates from domestic universities，and 2020/2021 Master and PhD graduates from overseas universities; 2. 在校期间学习成绩优秀，具有经济学背景以及数据、量化专业资格者优先考虑； Excellent academic performance, preferably with an economics background, comparable experiences of data-oriented and quantitative professional qualifications; 3. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、快速学习能力、逻辑分析能力； Good communication skills, quick learning and logical analysis ability; 4. 良好的英语听说读写能力，优先考虑可将英语作为工作语言者； Good command of spoken and written English, preferably with an ability to use English as working language; 5. 做事认真细致，有耐心，责任心较强，正直诚信。 Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and honest.
