【职位描述】

1. 根据投资经理的交易指令，准确完成固定收益投资日常交易任务； Following the investment managers’ trading instructions and completing daily trading tasks accurately; 2. 密切跟踪并分析债券市场变化，及时向投资经理反馈相关市场信息； Closely tracking and analyzing changes in the bond market, and timely reporting relevant market information to the investment manager; 3. 理解各投资账户的特性及不同需求，根据市场变化，向投资经理提出相关投资建议； 4. 与各交易场所、中介机构及各市场成员建立较为密切地合作关系，并维持日常沟通与联系。

【入职要求】

1. 国内2021年应届生及海外2020/2021年毕业生，全日制硕士或博士在校生，优先考虑计算机或工程类相关专业； 2021 Master and PhD graduates from domestic universities，and 2020/2021 Master and PhD graduates from overseas universities,preferably with a computer or engineering major; 2. 善于学习，工作认真细致，能够承受一定的工作压力，具备良好的人际交往能力、业务开拓能力和团队协作能力； Good at learning, conscientious and meticulous at work, able to withstand certain work pressure, and with good interpersonal skills, business development ability and teamwork ability; 3. 良好的英语听说读写能力，优先考虑可将英语作为工作语言者； Good command of spoken and written English, preferably with an ability to use English as working language; 4. 对金融业特别是固定收益有浓厚兴趣，立志在相关领域发展。 Strong interest in financial, especially fixed income, and determined to develop in related fields.
