【职位描述】

1. 及时、准确地执行银行间和交易所的融资交易指令，跟踪后续结算工作； Accurately executing trading orders in interbank and exchange center markets, and following up with the clearance process; 2. 与货币市场主要成员保持沟通和密切联系，维护资金客户，开拓融资渠道； Keeping close communication and contact with all main money market members, and maintaining capital clients, and broadening financing channels; 3. 具有一定的市场判断能力，能及时向交易主管反馈货币市场重要信息，并提出相应的融资计划和交易建议； Possessing certain market judgement abilities, and can report important money market information to the trading director and make corresponding financing and trading suggestions as well; 4. 及时完成周报，做好各种市场和央行相关数据的跟踪整理。 Completing weekly reports in time, and effectively tracking and sorting out various relevant market/central bank data.

【入职要求】

1. 国内2021年应届生及海外2020/2021年毕业生，全日制硕士或博士在校生，优先考虑经济，金融或相关专业； 2021 Master and PhD graduates from domestic universities，and 2020/2021 Master and PhD graduates from overseas universities,preferably with a Economics, Finance or related major; 2. 对固定收益市场和银行间、交易所业务规则有初步了解； Preliminary acknowledge of fixed income markets, and interbank and exchange business rules; 3. 有较强的抗压能力，有良好的市场分析判断能力和应变能力； Ability to work under high pressure, good market analysis and judgment ability, and strong adaptability to changes; 4. 细致认真，诚实守信，具有良好的职业道德和团队合作精神。 Detailed-oriented, honest, high moral and excellent teamwork spirit.
