岗位职责：
1. Source deals with complete screening including scientific and financial due diligence of prospective investments
2. Analyze and interpret scientific, clinical and financial data
3. Participate in due diligence meetings
4. Represent the firm by meeting with portfolio company's management teams, KOLs, consultants and other outside parties; build relationships with portfolio companies
5. Monitor the firm’s portfolio companies and inform staff of developments
6. Participate in fundraising, annual limited partner meeting, investment committees, drafting of quarterly/year-end reports, and other firm activities
1. 投资项目寻找、完整的项目筛选（以海外项目为主，中国项目为辅），包括对拟投项目的的科学和财务尽职调查；
2. 分析和解释基础科研，临床和财务数据；
3. 参加尽职调查会议；
4. 与已投企业维护合作关系：代表基金与已投企业的管理团队、科学顾问和其他外部合作方协作；
5. 管理已投企业的研发进展、人员进展等；
6. 参与基金募集，年度有限合伙人会议，投资委员，起草季度/年终报告以及其他公司活动。
岗位要求：
1. MD and/or PhD in life sciences, overseas education background is preferred, strong capability to link science to business,
2. Highly analytical and organized combining attention to detail with the big picture
3. Self-motivated, proactive, thoughtful, critical thinker, problem-solver; develops own opinion and provides to the firm
4. Strong financial modeling skills, i.e., valuations, market models
5. Solid work ethic, passionate and collaborative mind set
6. Strong written and oral communication skills
7. 3+ years working experience, prior venture capital, securities analysis, consulting or investment banking experience is preferred
8. Fluent in English and Chinese, able to convert easily between Chinese and English
1. 生物医药领域的MD 和/或 PhD，复合型人才，有留学背景优先，有充分的科学/临床知识和将科学与商业联系起来；
2. 良好的分析能力，能将注意力放在细节上并充分关联大局；
3. 自我激励，积极主动，周到，批判性的思考者，解决问题的人; 有自己的意见，并提供给公司；
4. 强大的财务建模技能，即估值，市场模型；
5. 坚实的职业道德，热情和协作的心态；
6. 良好的书面和口头沟通技巧；
7. 三年以上工作经验，具备风险投资，行业研究，咨询或投资银行业务经验优先；
8. 中英文流利，中英文交流快速转化没有障碍。
